lovely apartment in a great location (literally a 5 minute walk) to the city centre for all the different shops and tourist spots kitchen is equipped with all facilities (fridge, oven & hob, kettle, microwave, dishwasher) and even has a washing machine + dryer

Very comfortable and a great location for York City Centre.

The instructions about the entry pass code were very confusing and we couldn’t get in. Fortunately we arrived before 5 pm and were able to ring up. Please could you update the instructions as there is no screen on the number pad by the door.

Right in the heart of the city so everything was in walking distance. Loved having an outside space to sit in

We struggled to open the windows as we are both short. Could have done with a step to climb on. Couldn't find a mop or dustpan and brush to keep place tidy. Didn't understand about having to boost the hot water for 2 hours before showering. Hot water was scalding hot.

This apartment was perfect for our family trip to York! Perfect location, within walking distance to historic York and the free parking was also ideal. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious for our large family. The outdoor terrace was the perfect little sun spot to enjoy a morning coffee. Hosts were incredible, clear instruction on how to access the property and sent plenty of information prior to our visit. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment was very clean, tidy and spacious. All the usual amenities were present: There was plenty of hot water for showers and simple instructions to keep the apartment warm and cosy. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Private parking is in a secure barrier controlled area close to the apartment access. Instructions to get to the parking and enter the apartment were clear and precise. We found the apartment well situated close to the minster, good pubs and restaurants. There were just 2 of us staying at the apartment but it easily caters for 4 comfortably with 2 double bedrooms.

We loved everything..already looking forward to our next visit..would highly recommend.

stayed in the same block of apartments before and this location is just perfect. Just outside walls, tesaco shop below, parking and one of the best italian restaurants across the road. Will continue to book these whenever we visit york.

only small issue we had was the bedding for the sofa bed, only had a thin duvet and no underblanket that we could find. also the double is a small double in one of the rooms, not a huge issue though.
