Fountain Apartment No 4 with Free Parking

Good location for easy access to the city centre.

Lacking facilities to hang clothes. A hair dryer would have been nice!

The apartment was lovely and spacious. The beds were comfy. Towels included. It was very close to the centre. There was car parking space at the property.

If we could have checked in early or used the car parking space earlier as car parking was quite expensive.

Very accommodating with early checkin. Lovely quiet modern apartment in a great location near the Minster.

A bit chilly so glad we took hot water bottles.

Very cold at arrival, heat was set to 13 degrees, and the heather in one bedroom did not work. No heather in the bathroom. Would have enjoyed if there was some basic stuff in the apartment, such as more than 1 roll of toiletpaper and more kitchen equipment for cooking.

Lovely apartment close to the Minster, nice Italian virtually opposite. Apartment is of good size, comfortable beds and living space.

One bathroom between 4.... managed though.

Loved the location. Instructions on how to find the place were clear. Getting access was also clearly explained. Beds were comfortable. Place freshly painted and a great shower in the bathroom.

Place is very spartan. A picture or mirror and some cushions on the sofa would have made it more comfortable. Utensils in the kitchen were very limited. There was no bread knife when we came to make toast. Nothing to warm stuff in the microwave. If you had seriously wanted to cook a meal you would struggle. We didn't, just wanted to cut bread for breakfast but it is advertised as self catering and doesn't really live up to that. The smoke alarm went off around 2.30am with a loud beep every 30 seconds. It was sorted the next day when we spoke to the agents but we had to move bedrooms in the middle of the night and even with both doors closed you could still hear it beeping, so we had a very poor sleep. The agents were very off hand and didn't even apologise for the lost sleep which was disappointing. There is a small shelf with a seat and small mirror in one bedroom which I used as a dressing table but the socket is hidden behind the bed so you struggle to use the mirror to do your hair. No toilet roll holder on the wall so you have to pick up the roll from the top of the toilet (which was poor in somewhere charging the rates that they do).
