AGAPI APARTMENT - SEA VIEW SLEEPS TEN

Bed was super comfortable. Will be returning in summer

Only 1 loo could be a issue if I had my family with me but as only 3 of us stayed it was fantastic

The beds are super comfortable this was great, the apartment is lovely, could do with a lick of paint, lovely spacious place, over all we really enjoyed our stay, just a little niggle with neighbours but lovely place and can see the beach from the kitchen windows 🙂 we would stay again. Owner on hand to help and very plesent to speak to.

The neighbours didn't like eachother and needed us to know that even though we were on holiday not interested in drama, they weren't happy with my parking when there even though I followed orders about parking, they didn't give us much hassle, just for anyone else staying in the future AVOID any interaction with neighbours, it's not worth it.

The bedrooms appeared satisfactory. The linen clean and beds comfortable with a pleasant colour scheme. However a lamp would be useful to put on prior to switching the ceiling light off outside the bedroom and risking bumping into furniture in the dark. A lamp’s cable in one room was truncated to the wall and therefore couldn’t be moved to a better spot for safety. A tv in each room a bonus.

On arrival and about to make a cup of tea:- - Dirty, greasy cups that needed washing well before drinking from, but not enough for everyone. - Dirty, greasy large plates that needed washing - not enough for everyone. - Dirty, greasy really wet small plates with baked beans on that needed soaking in hot water - not enough for everyone. - Glass tumblers, dirty, greasy and one with cold water in it - not enough for everyone. Oops - no hot water on tap. Needed to boil the kettle three times to get enough hot water to wash said crockery. A half bottle of washing up liquid and a J-cloth would help About to put our food in the fridge - BUT IT WAS DIRTY and needed to be cleaned. The oven and grill were dirty and greasy. The Frying pan was filthy and greasy needing to be washed prior to use for breakfast. The kitchen table nice but the place sleeps 10 and there were only 6 rickety chairs - not enough for everyone. Only 6 table mats. The opening window was functional, but filthy! A toilet seat that stayed put when sat on would be nice. A toilet roll holder would keep the rolls off the pipe cover and prevent them getting soaked. Thank you for the loo rolls. A shower that gave out only just warm water is rather sad. Hot water would be preferable. The shower room sink hot tap was extremely mobile and difficult to turn on and needed to be turned clockwise – the wrong way – to turn it on. The cold tap was less mobile. The liquid soap was diluted to a point passed that which we were able to gain a lather. COME ON, REALLY - ONE TOILET and ONE SHOWER FOR 10 PEOPLE – ABYSSMAL The lack of hot water on tap makes it very difficult for 10 people to complete personal hygiene especially with small children, to say nothing of the ‘wet shaving’ men. It would be helpful on the ‘Property Facilities List‘ if it mentioned whether towels are provided – or not. We did appreciate the linen although it didn’t state that the linen was provided.

The pre check in and directions were great. Clear and easy to follow Jessie receptionist was great just the beds let it down

The beds weren't very comfy very hard. But the place was reasonably clean we only needed it for one night. If beds changed would use again.

Location was close to the south pier.

Carpets dirty. The kitchen didn't have enough dishes and cups to say sleeps 10 people. What dishes there was they were dirty, cutlery/greasy dirty. Smell from cupboard under sink. Worktop surfaces ruined burnt/peeling. The microwave needs to be condemned as the metal side is missing inside. Opened fridge, there was a smell coming from that. No complimentary toiletries were provided, but it was stated. No hand soap in toilet or sponge/ washing up liquid in kitchen (the basics). There are no towels in the bathroom, as shown on booking.com. Livingroom pungent dusty smell. Couldn't sit on the sofa. It was stained, smell from it, cushions all stained on sofa and not swept floor under rug in room. Radiators and skirting board full of dust. Walls dirty marks stained. The blankets on bed were frayed and coming apart. Cushions/ pillows frayed. It's not quality at all. Triggered an asthma attack off.

the property is dated as you would expect from a building in blackpool, they’ve made the most of it

the building is very dated but most are in the area

It was good with all the rooms beds was nice and comfortable had everything we needed and more

Wish we had more of a time there for the money like more than just 1 night for £250 pound but it is nice there
