Absolutely everything , the apartment , the host , the decor ........truly wonderful , what a gem

Nothing , it was perfect

On first sight it looked quirky and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and we liked the decor.

It could have been cleaner and more plates etc would have been better. I had a shower to go out Friday evening we had put the electric steel towel rail on beforehand. I got out of the shower and bent over to dry my feet. My bottom slightly touched the heater and I was. Burnt badly on my left buttock. I screamed and my husband rushed to me. He was shocked when he saw my injury. He couldn’t touch the rail as it was dangerously hot. There is no warning notice regarding this. This spoilt our time in Stratford due to my considerable pain. I had to get medical advice to treat my injury which 4 days later is still painful. Also there are no instructions to operate the wall heaters. The dish washer was broken and Colin told us on the Friday when we arrived he needed to replace it. On the Sunday morning I went for a shower and there was no hot water. My husband looked at the boiler and we decided to turn it off and on. When he did this the plug was sparking we then turned the plug off and decided to go home cutting short our break. I rang Colin Knox to inform him of all of our troubles. He was sorry I had been burnt on the towel rail. He was surprised we were having problems with the electrics as he said everything had been checked in July. Mr Knox then said he would refund all our money of £496.00 and offered us a 2 night free stay at his penthouse apartment also in Stratford within 12 months. I then sent Mr Knox a photograph of my injury which my friend took on Saturday night. She was very shocked with my burn. Mr Knox then transferred the money back into our bank account. We will not be taking up Mr Knox offer of the free 2 night stay and will not staying in any of his apartments in the future.

Clean and tidy beautiful interior spacious just right for a couple. The bed was so comfy and the shower was great. Tv on the wall. Left alone but had number if needed anything which was great. Definitely stop again and would definitely recommend

Just gorgeous felt at home immediately. Love the decor. Comfortable bed. Will be returning, Colin was an excellent Host. The property is close to all tourists attractions. It has free parking and dog friendly.

Quirky, quaint and unique. Loved the decor. Ground floor apartment with a parking space. Sofa was so comfortable, as was the bed. Bathroom was spacious with a walk in shower. In a quiet residential area with a pub a few doors away. 5 minutes walk into the centre. Owner has thought of everything and we were very pleased.

A really lovely little apartment. Close enough to the town without being in the crowds.

We liked the eclectic decor, something interesting to look at whichever direction your eyes gazed upon. There were all the facilities there available to use make our stay comfortable. The location was great for easy access into town, the river walk nearby to and from town was nice and made the trips into town more pleasant. Also, the immediate area was quiet and peaceful. Having parking at the property is very useful and meant we were able to park up and walk to all the places we wanted to visit. Great for our health, great for the environment and great for our pockets.

Nothing really. All facilities (apart from a microwave oven, which we don't miss as we don't have one at home!) were available to use.

It was extremely clean and comfortable. The location was just what we wanted especially with own parking.
