It was beautiful and the outdoor area was stunning

Driveway is definitely tight but neighborhood seems great if need to park on the road

Lots of room clean with nice outlook. Easy access into the unit with good clear instructions

Parking is a bit tight to get into but there is plenty of parking on roadside if you couldn’t get into it. Very warm upstairs put fans on early.

Linen quality was poor and kitchen not very well equipped

It is a stunning apartment which is very clean and tidy! Excellent facility with so much space! We will definitely stay again! 10/10!

Loved the layout of the house, super relaxing, clean and lux. Great indoor outdoor flow- neighborhood super quiet, even on nye. Showers great too.

Nothing

Ultra modern - it took a while to cope with all the technology. Views of the city - even saw a hot air balloon drifting over the houses in the dawn light. The area is very quiet as residential. Walking distance ( a mile and ½ ) to cricket ground and rugby stadium even closer. The beds were very comfy with crisp white linen. The shower was an excellent size and power.

The parking is quite tricky. Probably better to park on the street and assessing the best way to drive into the driveway before driving down the slope and reversing into the drive. There are fans in the bedrooms but it was still very hot. Air con would have been more comfortable. Air con downstairs soon cooled the lounge area.

No breakfast. Location was great. Super quiet.

Parking is exceptionally tight and this was not mentioned prior to the day of check in. Then 30 mins prior to check in we received a message “reminding” us that the driveway was tight and the alternative was to park on the road (not something I would be comfortable doing in this area). Because the message was so late, there was nothing we could do. I was able to park in the garage, but a lot of people would not be comfortable with the driveway. Clearly the parking is enough of an issue to feel the need to send us a message - but the reference to it being mentioned upfront was entirely untrue (I re-read all of the conditions on the booking and confirmed it had not been missed by us). I raised this with the host, and they apologised, but when I checked the listing a few days later they had not corrected it. Sadly therefore, this seems like an intentional deception. For this reason we likely will not stay again, because parking is important to us.
