Amazing 3 Bedroom Entire House

Whole house for £72 a night. I could park on the drive. Tidy throughout Clean bedding.

Could unlock the front door from the inside. Had to use the bk door. Which was difficult to close had to be forceful, which mentioned door banging. I was quite offended at the host messaging me and saying she is "suspicious " her words..rationale being, we had booked another one of her properties ( asked to see us b4 we checked in). Stated that she was doing due diligence.. which I found odd. As we have stayed at her other property twice. Always left it as we found it and respected house rules..she was that happy with us previously, she didn't take deposit the 2nd time. So did not make sense that she was "suspicious" 🤔 . She also spoke about having to have police at the house for other guests. Im not other guests so did not get her point. I found her so offensive, that I will not knowingly book any of her properties again. Although she apologised( only after being challenged) The language and tone used was not acceptable.

Nothing, we didn’t even see it, and refused refund. Likely will take this to court to recover something as I had to book another property.

Called twice upon arriving in area, no one answered, got called back and staff was beyond rude. Told I was wrong about confirmation asking for cash deposits on arrival despite I have this on email! Then was told I would be sent instructions to pay it. Over an hour later and still nothing. Due to plans we booked elsewhere and got the service a customer should have. Smooth and easy! I was then called by two other numbers over the space of the stay and they just continued to be rude to my over the phone. So I hung up and blocked all 3 numbers.

Good location, and good parking facilities.

The host was unaware that we were arriving on the day of our booking. This was noted on the phone, but was made evident with how clean the house was. It felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time with stains up the walls in the bedroom, blood on the bed, and there was no toilet paper either. There is a lack of amenities such as an iron/ironing board, and there are barely any plug sockets throughout the property. The pictures are not reflective of the property, and the description is also incorrect as there was no balcony.
