Fountain Apartment No 3 with Free Parking

It was secure and came with parking. Modern interior and clean. Aircon was an added bonus.

As there are no opening wi does there was a slight smell To the property when you first enter

Location was fantastic and having a dedicated parking space was great.

Could be noisy at night with emergency vehicles as your right on a main road but you could say this for any city centre location.

The apartment is in a very good position for the open top buses, the Minster and the shambles, the apartment was clean and tidy, easy access to the car parking, main door and the apartment via a key safe, all good, restaurant and bars all around with a Tesco extra on the main street by the apartment.

The only thing that becomes more of a difficulty the older you get is having to put shampoo / soap on the shower tray as there was no where to put them in the shower, for the majority of families and younger people it is not a problem, but for us older people it can be a little challenge.

Great location central to York. There is a queen sized bed in one of the bedrooms which is appreciated.

The temperature in the flat seemed to fluctuate throughout the day, possibly due to the large windows letting the sun in. Curtains in the bedroom are a little thin so it gets very bright early on.

Location and car park.

Foul smell in the apartment. Smelt strong in the hallway and smelts strong in our appartment. No windows in the apartment to open up for fresh air. Curtains werent blackout and very thin so didn't get a good night sleep.
