"Great Location, did the job, just could do with some TLC"

-Location was perfect -Property had Wifi which wasn't on the listing so a nice surprise -Nice touch to have some coffee and tea available on arrival

-Property had an indian odour -Back door from street doesn't lock -Only 2 forks (for a property which sleeps 5) -Handle was missing (broken off) en-suite shower -Could do with some TLC / redecoration

"Great short stay in the centre of Harrogate"

Location was excellent, right within walking distance to everything. Free parking outside was also a bonus

"To reflect the price - the flat definitely needs updating overall in general."

It is a really spacious flat and close to town. It has a parking space right on the front door. The owner was really accommodating with an early check in and on arrival we met the cleaner who was lovely and providing us with brand new towels and bedding which was also lovely.

Although close to town the area/street is undesirable with lots of people/taxis/takeaways/music. However we stayed on a bank holiday weekend. The building was unsecured as the communal front door keypad didn’t work and it was unlocked the whole time ( not the flat owners fault to be fair ) however we stayed with two kids so it’s an important comment. The actual flat door did lock via keypad code. The main bathroom had no shower holder so to shower you had to hold the shower head. Overall the flat is a little dated and needs a lick of paint, re grouting etc.

"All round good stay"

Location was perfect, nice and spacious

Not enough cooking utensils, e.g cooking pots and dishes a decent size frying pan we had to by a few things. The mattress in small room was very uncomfortable and we had to buy mattress toppers

"Superb location with excellent facilities. Perfect for exploring Harrogate"

The apartment had everything we needed and more. We arrived late after a long journey and were greater by Easter Eggs and a welcome card. Communication was clear and it would have been easy to contact someone if we had any issues. The building is in the process of being renovated but this was reflected in the price we paid. We felt we got good value for our money.

A little chilly in the furthest bedroom. A thicker blanket would resolve this :)
