Roost Hill - Free Parking Zone

Well located, very clean, quiet, spacious for all 3 of us, everything we need and Alia, our host, very kind and always available, special thanks for warming up our room in the evenings.

Great location, enough parking space in the street and close to mainroads. Shops are nearby, 5 min walks. The room was neat, enough space and a big bathroom. Service was also good, asked for extra towels and had them the same day. If you have any questions you can always contact the owner and they replay fast.

Het oude centrum is prima te bereiken met bus 33. Keurige, sfeervolle kamer met ruime douche. Ali was erg aardig en gaf tijdig alle info door ook via whats app filmpje wat toegang tot de guesthouse makkelijk maakte. Ze reageert bij vragen hel snel. We konden wisselstekkers van haar lenen wat heel fijn was.

Posizione ben servita dai mezzi pubblici, in meno di 15 minuti si raggiunge il Royal Mile. La camera è molto spaziosa e silenziosa. Alia, che gestisce la guest-house, è stata molto premurosa e precisa nel darci un sacco di informazioni per organizzare le nostre giornate.

Really easy to access and close to city center (20 min bus / 45 min on foot). Alia was very kind and helpful ! The room and bathroom were cozy and very secured.

It was well located for getting to places in Edinburgh and also on the outskirts. Very clean, comfortable beds. Alia was so lovely at keeping in touch with us, checking in every day to make sure we had what we needed and gave us loads of useful advice when we asked for it. It really seemed like nothing was too much trouble

The location was really comfortable and close to the Centre. The apartment was clean with a cozy atmosphere and small, yet pleasant garden in the front. The parking was also free and each day we had a free spot to park our car.

The host was very friendly and helpful, as well as being very quick to respond to messages and questions. The location was very close to downtown via public transit, but far enough away to be fairly quiet and peaceful.

There are no fans in the room - however after the second night the host reached out to let me know there were fans in a storage closet under the stairs and we were free to being one to the room.
