GBLovely annexe very clean comfortable and modern. Loved the location very near to Ripon and fountains Abbey. Very comfortable bed. Lots of wildlife to watch in opposite field.. would definitely recommend and rebook another visit.

GBMy husband and I have just returned home after staying 1 night at this beautiful cottage. you can tell the cottage has just been refurbished to a high standard and all the extra touches just made us feel so at home. access to Wi-Fi was a bonus and having a smart tv to watch Netflix etc just made it a perfect place to kick Back and relax. The area was stunning and it was just a short drive into Ripon Center. thank you for our lovely stay and we are hoping to get booked up again soon ! 😊
GBskylight blinds are difficult to operate due to height of ceiling, and there is no blind/curtain on large stairwell window.

the facilities are fantastic but it does miss a wardrobe or hanging space for clothes.
