The apartment is in a fantastic location, just 20 meters from the promenade. The apartment itself overlooks a quiet courtyard with no noise from night bars. The apartment is new, equipped with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, large fridge with a freezer compartment, oven, and stovetop. The apartment is clean, and the furniture is new. Quick and easy communication with the owner. Highly recommended!

The pull-out sofa in the living room is short and hard. It’s not suitable for tall people. The bed in the bedroom is big and comfortable.
