Tank Barn at Brook House, Nestled in the Welsh Hills, a delightful retreat

Tank Barn was in a beautiful setting. High spec furnishings and fittings.Beds very comfortable.

We were in the middle of a heatwave but even with the fans provided and all the blinds closed ,the building was unbearably hot in the main room. .I would say even in mediocre summer temperatures Tank Barn would be very hot and would benefit from air conditioning..

The property was modern and luxurious. Brilliant amenities and we felt like the host went the extra mile.

Excellent location, my children enjoyed walking in the woods. Not too far from the centre of Welshpool where I was working and not too far away from activities for my family. The beds were very comfortable we all had a lovely nights sleep. The house had everything we needed to cook dinner etc...

Lovely, quiet barn; excellent host; great location

As a light sleeper I struggled with the noise of the ground source heat pump and the noise in the radiators.

Loved that everything you need was already supplied such as kitchen stuff and bathroom stuff. You just had to bring your personal items and food.

Would have been nice to have bedside rugs and it was a little too dark. Also it rained overnight and my husband slipped on the stairs going down.

The apartment and kitchen were well equipped, especially as we cooked our own dinners. The host was extremely helpful and friendly and also allowed us to pluck some yummy plums and apples from her garden!

No complaints!
