Apartment 30 mins from central London

Nice property, good location nect to tube station, kitchen, living, bath as advertise. if the flat would have been in order, would have been a good stay.

Unfortunately, the window in the bed room was broken and only fixed with a piece of plywood fixed only at the bottom. The plywood was initially pushed in at the top, letting cold and noise in. Shouldn’t be on rent until this is properly repaired.

The majority of things the location of the property was excellent close to many shops and underground station. Property was very clean

The curtains didn't go all the way to the end which could potentially have been invasion of privacy with people looking in

Check in information was very clear and provided well by the host. Location was good

The apartment was unsanitary, defective, and lacking basic supplies. When we arrived it was not well cleaned, the bed sheets stained, the bathroom lacking basic supplies like having soap bottles, but they were empty, no bin liners, no hand towels in the bathroom. Bed was not clean - sheets had body hair, fluff and stains all over it and the bed is so uncomfortable because of bad springs. Pair this level of unsanitary conditions with a bad bed and a very busy road with nonstop busses and trucks outside the window, this stay was very unpleasant, and we decided within 2 hours of arriving it would not be conductive to a 3 night stay. We contacted the owner within 15 minutes of arriving and sent video footage and images, logged case with him and booking.com and he simply denies it and has come back stating all of this is false as his cleaner provided images of the place clean (standard images from the room in a far off distance used as their standard booking.com advertisement images). We provided time stamped images in detail to seller and booking.com and the seller has refused to acknowledge any of it, has denied we have informed them of the defects and tried to make contact while we have full screen shots of all communication including call log where he did not answer our calls and emails. Furthermore, he then stated he would refund only 25% of one night if we leave a positive review and when we called out that this is illegal, he turned it around stating this is our interpretation of the statement. We had to check out and book a new place and have incurred double costs. Do not recommend this stay despite the location and check in process being very good

The location, the dimensions of the rooms. Mainly the location was near the station was perfect for me. It has ethernet ports. Perfect in the bedroom and living room.

It needed the finishing touches like white formica in the kitchen instead of black cupboards. Non-slip shower basin. The keyfob nfc key so that I don't need the physical key and the lifts seemed to have problems. The stairway view was so hot it seemed like a greenhouse but probably good in the winter. I think this was owned by a woman, the TV was in the wrong place. I could of sorted out the place myself.

Bardzo korzystna lokalizacja w bezpośredniej bliskości sklepów oraz stacji metra Piccadily i Metropolitan. Bardzo dobry bezpośredni dojazd autobusem na lotnisko Heathrow (około 30 minut).

Mankamentem jest lokalizacja naprzeciwko końcowego przystanku autobusowego. Może być to uciążliwe w przypadku osób nie tolerujących hałasu do późnych godzin nocnych.

Great property.

Coffee pods left out where all used so couldn’t have a coffee. Other than that great stay thanks.

Excellent location close to the station. Bright and airy apartment. Clean. Good communication with owner.
