staff need to work more hard. really late to reply and didn’t reply my text.

late check in i need to wait other hours to check in and late give me deposit. until now i still didn’t get back my deposit

Very fast reply from the owner. Clear instruction and very accommodating. Location is great, 3mins walking distance to mall and offices 7mins. The units are good and fully equipped.

near mall

the water heater is spoil and request to fix or change room but the staff was telling us full house and need to wait for the technician come after check out and my kid 3 year old was don’t have heater for shower !
