"It’s a shame to let such a jewel in such a bad not functioning condition"

The location

Its in an overall bad condition, a lot of things are simple not working , its not proper maintained and the maintaining company is simple not doing their job. There is not enough space to impress our frustrations

Location was perfect. Stunning views.

The roof was leaking in the lounge as well as the bedroom going downstairs the water was coming from the wall. Fireplace in main room was not working. Some of the floorboards in the dining area have started lifting. No Parking near the accommodation had to lug all the luggage up a hill. Not worth the money we paid.....

"Very nice apartment by not well managed."

Upmarket apartment with lots of extra luxuries as advertised on profile. Beautifull view of ocean.

Keys were not available on check-in time. Swimming pool and outside area not cleaned before check-in. No bedding available at check-in time. Internet connection out of order. Outside lights not working. Parking space in front of another house's garage - not safe and far from apartment. Had to leave the keys the following day for maintenance.
