"Overall, good stay if they rectify the issue with temperature valves."

New flats, clean, good location.
Whoever they hired as a contractor to install the temperature valve for kitchen sink, toilet sink and shower are all reversed - needed to turn the valve to cold for hot water. As for the shower - the temperature control is broken. It’s either hot or cold and no in between (won’t be an issue if you like burning hot showers or freezing cold showers).
