FabHotel Royal Palace Inn - Lal Mahal

Every thing sucked the lift was not working. We had to climb five floors. The door was not opening. The keys were all rusted. The bathroom was very dirty and it looked extremely cheap. The staff was sleeping in the reception and not attending any customers. The location is very bad. I need smells 24 x 7.

Every thing was really bad and a very dirty experience. The door couldn’t open. It was all rusted. The bed sheets were dirty and smelly. The floor was very garbage. The lift was not working. We had to Klein five floors. The reception people were sleeping on the floor and on the sofa nobody was there to attend the customers. The location is very bad. The people around the location is very bad. There was a dog that came on the ground floor within the reception area and overall it was a very very bad. I do not recommend anybody to be in this hotel. It should be completely banned.

Only the good thing about this hotel is the clean room.

Other services which were mentioned under facilities are not there. Such as wifi, TV was not working, ordered Tea but it was not good.
