All was OK.

Servizio impeccabile non manca nulla, accessoriato anche il bagno con addirittura il dental kit… servizi che ho, solo nei miei viaggi, riscontrato in Giappone. Spazio colazione dotata di ogni bene e se non bastasse anche di un “buono colazione” da consumare in un bar nelle vicinanze.

Il materasso un po’ morbido, comunque comodo

La struttura è pulita, in un ottima posizione e dotata di tutti i comfort. Ho apprezzato molto anche la colazione inclusa, e la presenza di una vasta scelta di snack e bevande. La proprietaria è gentilissima ed è venuta incontro alle mie esigenze senza problemi.

Non ho nulla di negativo da dire sul mio soggiorno.

Foresteria con camere luminose, condizionatore e tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. In corridoio c'è un angolo snack/caffè fornitissimo, e per la colazione viene messo a disposizione un buono bar. La proprietaria, davvero di una gentilezza disarmante, mi ha consentito di vivere al meglio le 24 ore che hanno preceduto la prova del concorso docenti a cui ho partecipato, gestendo le mie richieste con molta flessibilità e tanta comprensione. Consigliatissimo!

MY COMMENTS BELOW ARE FOR BOOKING.COM INFORMATION, NOT FOR PUBLICATION We were required to drive to another town to pick up keys. ?????? No instructions given. Arrive at the property to find that it's an apartment block. Which apartment? Good question, because we had no instructions. 2x texts later we're in- a smoke filled apartment, divided to share with another Tennant. Lots of apologies did not get rid of the smoke smell- opening the windows to 36° temps was also not an option. Our planned boat ride on lake Como was cancelled, as I was nauseous from sleeping in the room. The car drive to Como was bad enough. We should have cancelled and demanded the money back, but were too tired after driving 525 kms from Croatia. A colleague sent to clean the Aircon apologized, and admitted the smell was there. It was better the second night. Breakfast was a voucher at a cafe 200 m away, that could not even provide a cup of tea. 2 glasses of orange juice, 1x croissant and 1x slice of toast THAT WAS BREAKFAST. We didn't bother the second day. You can see from all our previous accommodation choices, this was almost the most expensive, but provided the least . A BED + AN AIR CONDITIONER in a smoke filled room. The owner offered us a comp night, the next time we're in Milan??? A refund of at least one night would have been better!!!!!

Warm and welcoming hosts. Everything I needed was provided in the room. I arrived early and was kindly allowed to check in ahead of time. Even when I faced a technical issue with my computer, Antonio spent hours helping me fix it. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality.

Everything was perfect
