Exceptionally tight parking space when car parked alongside

Great location and an unusual building. Literally 2 mins from centre of town. Owner very helpful and ensured everything was okay. Parking spot outside door.

Nothing I’d mark it down for.

The location was great as we were spectating at an event at the Utilitia arena and were able to just walk along the canal to it. The heating was via storage heaters which were easy to use and warmed up quickly when needed.

There weren't any cooking pots but as were only there for a couple of nights, it was not a problem.

Comfy bed, good shower, cosy and well equipped. Couple of lovely touches left for us as we stayed over Christmas. Right next to the canal so we had a pleasant canalside walk into the city centre.

The house is nicely done but needs a little TLC in places. There was some noise from the road outside.

Location to get into the city centre

Cleaning of house wasn't good. Bed on top floor requires attention as does the stairs

It was lovely and warm eve though it was really cold outside nice and spacious
