Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 390 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this property requires all Moroccan couples to present a marriage certificate at check-in according to Moroccan law if not will not be allowed to stay and no refund will be made. The property itself is spacious and appears well-designed. Unfortunately, our overall experience was overshadowed by serious issues, so we cannot say we truly enjoyed our stay.

Our privacy was completely violated. The host entered the property without permission, went upstairs despite us clearly instructing both the cleaner and the guard not to enter, and later locked the door without informing us. This behavior was extremely disturbing and unacceptable. We were also never informed in advance that there is a guard controlling the main gate, and we were not given any key. This means that if the guard refuses to open, you are either locked inside or locked out of the property — which made us feel trapped and uncomfortable. Overall, we did not have a good experience at all, and we would not recommend this property unless significant changes are made to how guests are treated and how privacy and access are handled.
