Nothing It’s a really steep climb and really you need a car or taxi to get up and down to the villa. Views are worth it

this is easily the most spectacular luxury villa we have ever stayed in. The staff were discreet, allowing us our privacy whilst being available and incredibly helpful and friendly.  all the facilities were fantastic, and nothing will ever beat the amazing views.

There was nothing to dislike about this property. Everything was outstanding.  The property is perched high on a hill and is about a five minute taxi ride or 15 minute steep walk to the beach restaurants and shops. If you like a peaceful environment with a fantastic view it’s perfect 

We were 6 people and our high expectations were exceeded. I can't imagine a better service staff. They were very nice, helpful and courteous. We took them all to our hearts and will definitely come again. People in Thailand depend on tips. Please do not be too stingy and treat the service staff like normal people and not servants. Remember to enjoy everything more by sharing. The view is simply awesome. It feels like you can see the sea from everywhere. The Villa was very clean and generally in a very good condition (except for the below mentioned). Walking up the mountain has not been an option for us we all rented scooters. This I can only recommend if you want to go up in pairs on the scooter I would recommend a scooter with 300 or 350 cubic. For one person 160 cubic is enough. The pool is very nice it is partly up to 2 meters deep and I guess 25m long. You can see that a lot of thought was put into the construction of the villa.

There is little that we did not like, nevertheless I would like to list it. The condition of the pool table is a disaster. We still used it a lot, but we think that the owner of the villa should take the few euros in hand to refurbish it or buy a new one. We are also surprised that you have to pay 25 baht per coffee, which should be clear for such a price and accommodation. Every cheap hotel offers the coffee for free. Also we had to pay 500 baht for a broken glass we think this is too much. One tile at the pool is loose and broken and needs to be replaced otherwise someone could get hurt here.

This villa was simply stunning. There were 6 friends staying here for the 4 nights and it met all our expectations and more. It is the best villa I have ever stayed in; the living area/kitchen area was very spacious; the pool table room and cinema were great for chill out and we spent some time in the amazing infinity pool. It has some amazing views looking over the island. The staff were exceptional, we were greeted at the front of the property like royalty. Sia the manager was excellent and very attentive for all our needs and Frook who made us breakfast every morning was amazing and friendly all the time. They made our stay feel like we were royalty. All the rooms were excellent and clean, with their own bathrooms. I would recommend this villa to anyone visiting Koh Samui, it was simply the best place I have ever stayed. Thank you for providing some memories that we will never forget.

There is nothing that you can dislike, this villa is simply stunning.
