Modern 5 Bedroom House Near Lark Lane

As soon as you open the front door you'll realise straight away this house is perfect and I don't have faults whatsoever. look at the photos and this is exactly what you get.

I didn't want to leave any rubbish but couldn't find a wheelie bin outside the property.

Very spacious and clean. Excellent communication from the vendor and very accommodating

Didn’t know how to get hot water on for the shower and bathroom light was very dim

Location is great. Bed was comfy and rooms were very big. Parking outside the place on the road big enough for our van.

Few items missing in the house. Dish and cutlery tray after you have washed up. Cooking pans are a bit small. Couldn't locate the green bin anywhere but blue one was at the front of the house. Spider webs down side of the downstairs cupboard.

This was excellent value for money. We arrived early, and their was staff in doing the bed. They were so helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond. The house had everything we needed. The rooms were good size. Bianca, whose number is on the advert is ace! She could not have done enough for us. I would definitely use this property again and would recommend it. It wasn't too far from the night life, we visited Lark Lane for food, which was 5 minutes' walk, and the food was amazing, and so were the cocktails.

There was nothing we didn't like

Location was perfect for what we needed as only a short walk from lark lane and other central areas, parking was easy and accessible, Facilities were great for the price!

Lack of internet and wifi was the only negative due to travelling for business, An additional bathroom or downstairs toilet would be beneficial but not a necessity

The location was excellent for travel into the city, less than 5 minutes walk to St Michael's train station. There is plenty of available parking.

Check out time could be a bit later than 10am.
