"Prima appartement en vriendelijke eigenaars"

De accommodatie was prima. Alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Ruime kamers, keuken prima en badkamer ook. De contacten met de eigenaren verliep ook erg vriendelijk.

Constant hassle about getting check-in details until hours before check-in time Harassment from owners about requirement for ID which had not been evident at booking and refusal to provide check-in details until ID received Necessity all the time to contact Booking.com website and need to be online. V difficult when travelling Run-down neighbourhood. Experienced shoplifting and vandalism at local convenience store Poor visual aspect: Front of property and car paring area cluttered with untidy waste bins and rubbish Dangerous steep staircase with narrow treads Continued harassment from owner about updating credit card, even after it had been done, which was really a Booking.com responsibility and failure Very poor service from Booking.com
