CHGBGBApartment was spacious,comfortable and very clean. Location was also great, with a convenient mini supermarket nearby.
Apartment faces the main road and as we live in the countryside we found sleeping difficult with the late night traffic noise and sirens etc. But nothing the owner can do about that.
GBGBGBGBThe property was beautiful, very clean and had all we needed for a comfortable stay. It also had parking. Grocery and convenience stores are close by within walking distance. Also within walking distance from university of Bristol.
The fact that the agents managing this property do not have an emergency contact for out of office hours in case guests have issues. In our case, We arrived at the property by roughly past 9pm and we couldn’t get access into the car park because the fob provided was faulty and wouldn’t work. We spent almost an hour trying to contact the agents managing the property and trying to get in but all to no avail. Luckily for us, we could access the apartment but just couldn’t get into the car park and we were already exhausted so we ended up parking outside on the streets for the night and managed to finally contact the agents the next morning by 9am. The issue with the fob was fixed promptly. My point is, consider giving your guests an emergency contact number outside of work hours and that could make a difference in your guest’s overall experience.
