Home 8 Minutes to Old Town Scottsdale

Good location easy to get to local attractions. Home was attractively decorated and well-appointed with linens, towels, kitchen supplies, etc.

Shower floor in master bath was dangerously slippery and water leaks onto bathroom floor. Master bedroom could use some dark curtains as the streetlight outside keeps the room very bright overnight. Interior door connecting to neighboring unit should be secured as it wasn't clear if it was locked from our side and the other renter was unable to enter. Noise travels easily from neighboring unit.

House was clean and well stocked. Check in process was easy. Good location. Beds were comfortable. Living room was spacious for a smaller house. Updated kitchen. Booklet in house gives good recommendations for restaurants and things to do.

TV in the bedroom did not work. There was a tenant in an attached studio. I might have missed that when booking, but since the studio is attached to the main house, you are able to hear any conversations and the tv. Luckily, the tenant was gone most of the time. The house is described as having four bedrooms, but it really 3 bedrooms with a sofa bed in the living room. The booking does say a sofa bed, but since it also noted it was four bedrooms, so we assumed the sofa bed was in a bedroom. None of these should be dealbreakers because the house is clean, in a safe neighborhood and well maintained. Just things to know.

The location was perfect! Loved how the host had a little booklet of things to do, places to eat, and other general information! Would definitely recommend this place to everyone! The pictures of the house were spot on inside and out! The neighborhood was nice as well, felt very safe!
