Your Penthouse Ocean view with City lights and Queen Mary too

The location, the owners were accommodating, friendly & went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The apartment is large, airy, completely equipped. We really felt at home

The building is in desperate need of some serious TLC. In particular the elevator is a bit of a concern

This property is amazing. The host is beyond hospitable and always willing to assist if needed. Check-in is easy, as well as check-out. The property is very clean and welcoming. This is the second time they’ve hosted my parents. I will continue to come back next year.

The staff was friendly and provided information about parking and local activities. The condo was nice and clean. The information provided by the staff about the checking in and out and the facility was useful. I enjoyed the city views especially the bay and Queen Mary.

This is a minor observation. The are 2 televisions in the facility to include the living room and bedroom which operates together on the same frequency. While using the tv in the bedroom, the other tv wii come on.

Beautifully decorated. Very responsive hosts. Plenty of room. The building is historic.

Parking is offsite, but parkhouse is available a block away. If you're there for a week or more, it's worth getting a month pass.

Looks so nice when you step in, amazing view. Seems so nice in many ways.

However, dirty is dirty. Place is painted white and a lot of of white fabric makes it look kind of.. hm.. walk around with white socks for an hour and they’re black. Used knifes in knife stand, mattress cover had a big pee stain, i removed the rug from the toilet, because it was nasty. The corridors look like a movie from eastern Europe in the eighties. I had this itchy feeling during all my stay.

Picking up keys and leaving keys in the apartment were easy!

The murphy bed was very uncomfortable, there were only 2 towels, even though it mention- "Sleeps four". Not enough toilet paper, we had to purchase our own and there was no tissue available.

Location.

The property was fine. No issues with check in. There was stains in the tub prior to our arrival which was not a problem. Older building which makes sense and wouldn’t be an issue. Unfortunately customer service has not been kind in the resolution to this matter. I am a respectful guest and continue to be one wherever I go. Complaining is not in my nature, but being rudely spoken to is unacceptable.
