Easy to find - for Toledo! Staff were quick to respond in most circumstances. Good kitchen. The apartment was a bit dark for being in the second floor - couldn’t open all the blinds/shutters. Not a big deal with all the heat and so little time in the apartment.

The apartment met our requirements. But disappointed in a sofa bed for the second bed. The shower head was broken. You could shower but it was a bit of a challenging experience. Looks like it has been that way for a while. But I imagine they will fix it! They seem prompt. Warning - The ekey system is a bit challenging and only works for just one phone in your group.

The apartment is pretty and clean. The location is great and all basic appliances present and in good shape.

Bed was very hard. One could hear the noises from the rest of the building and the street. Hot water was limited
