Que no habia aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. Tuve que dormir los cuatro dias en el sofa porque en la habitacion hacia mucho calor. Habia unos ventiladores pero si vas en verano (como yo) no te aconsejo este apartamento. Hacia mucho calor. Ademas habia dos airea acondicionados: uno en el salon (que si funcionaba) y otro en el pasillo (sin sentido y que no funcionaba). Avisamos de que no funcionaba a la encargada de las llaves y no me dio ninguna solucion y ademas dudó de mi palabra. Por otro lado era un piso antiguo y las camas de 90 no eran comodas . El sofa era mas comodo.

FRNice and large space in the beautiful Verona City center, close to all must see places and monuments by foot The managing lady was nice and reactive also.
Missing air conditioning (1/2 working) when it was hot outside, so we had a hard time finding some sleep. Mattresses were also quite hard. Finally some basic kitchen equipment was missing or needed to be replaced. It did not alter the experience too much, but some fixing is needed !

RSDESpacious Rooms!!! Two Bathrooms which I found important especially when travelling with a Family or in a Group. Close to many Restaurants and by Foot in 10-12 min in the Old City. Many Buses have their Stops near to the Apartment. It is a quiet neighbourhood. The Apartment is worth the Money.
Only the 2-Single Beds needs to be checked as one wasnt in the perfect Condition (unfortunately I was sleeping on it and at 1am in the Night I sank in the Bed but luckily the second one was good)…few of the Pans are not in good Condition when we came in as the non-sticky Coating was worn off…luckily the Management was willing to send someone to repair the Bed the next Day. Other than these two Problems I found the Apartment very nice

ROA modern appartment, in a very accessible area, near a bus stop and a café, with two confortable bedrooms, two separate bathrooms, a well equiped kitchen where it is possible to prepare coffee, or tea, or something to eat. The terrace offers a view to the welcoming surroundings.
