Las Olas DM cozy 2-bedrooms apartment

Die Strandnähe und die Sauberkeit im Appartment war sehr super. Super gegend, alles schnell zu erreichen.

Die lautstärke der Straße, der 3 Clubs auf 100m luftlinie. Generell ist es nachts sehr laut gewesen. Fehlende Klimaanlage (dafür deckenventilatoren, die ein wenig helfen). Parkplatz, man findet schon irgendwann einen, aber teilweise sehr mühsam.

Like home from home. Plenty of stuff you would need in a holiday apartment

The location. Although it was 5-10 minutes from beach and nearby bars etc it was right next to a busy busy street and with balcony door or bedroom window open the noise made it nearly impossible to sleep

We had a perfect stay. Great apartment and nice pool area with a bar where you can drink and eat. The hosts were nice and communicative. The apartment is located in a busy area, so if you are sensitive to noise, you should probably look elsewhere. It didn't bother us though.

The only thing was the noise outside, seriously when the windows were closed could hardly hear the noise outside

The property was on the 3rd floor of a gated accommodation with key entry. The property had plenty of space and was week equipped and had a communal area with 2 pools (one heated) and a child’s pool. There was plenty of sun beds and a small bar/restaurant that open from 10.30am to roughly 7pm that done lovely snack food!

The boy down side is the street that runs in front of the property is busy 24/7 and there is night club that empty’s around 5am

Beautiful, very clean and very well equiped apartement! You will find everything what you can need even for a longer stay. Welcome drink is waiting on you in the fridge. The complex is very nice, with clean pools and even a bar with possibility to have some food or drinks. Communication with the owners is very straigforward (Booking or whats app) and nice. For the check-in we met personally and were given the keys, the owner was very friendly. Even though we had been waiting for him for some time, as he was finallising the cleaning, the flat was super clean. For the check-out we had to meet personally to, but as they were late and we needed to leave for the airport, we were allowed to leave the keys in the flat. We had no problem with finding a car park place everyday.

We didnt really like the city. It is very touristic, very noisy during the night (what we have counted with based on previous reviews - you can really hear everything in the appartmenet every day, not even during the weekend).
