Hotel like unit The Avant at the Fort

Amazing and proactive owners, very clean and spacious ( for two people) apartment in a terrific location in the heart of BGC. Convenient and organized check in process..High speed wifi was a huge plus!

I had a pleasant stay at this place, conveniently located within walking distance to Burgos Circle. The apartment matched its description perfectly—comfy bed, tidy, and a spacious studio unit. The check-in and check-out processes were quick and hassle-free.

While the stay was comfortable and matched the description, a few touches could elevate the experience. Upgrading to more premium towels and providing complimentary bottled water would be beneficial additions to consider.

The location is brilliant! Kristine is a fantastic host, very accommodating. Little touches in the room made a big difference and complimentary 2 bottles of water and a packet of dried mango - such a nice gesture. Comfy bed and pillows. Nice hot shower and aircon is very good. We appreciate the fact that they allow us to do late check out without any fee, unlike other places. We will definitely come back and stay here and we highly recommend this place. 👌

I wish there were sockets by the bed instead of charging your electrical stuff by the sink. Elevators are quite slow, and the steps at the main entrance are slippy when wet - be careful when it's raining.

The location is very accessible around BGC like bars, resto etc. Transportation will not be a problem-- like you can just walk around going to your preferred destination. The unit is clean and tidy. They have this "honesty store" so you won't have a problem if you're hungry or you wanted something to munch in the middle of the night. You won't get bored even if you just wanted to stay in the unit as they have smart TV and free Netflix! The host is very approachable, nice and answers your query very timely. And staffs of the building were also nice. 10000/10!

There's nothing

I'm typically skeptical of new units but left the booking with no regrets thankfully. 1) The hosts were exceptionally hospitable and left some thoughtful notes in the room along with the Wi-Fi password. Really responsive and attentive hosts too which should allay any fears from any first-time users of this site/app. 2) Air-conditioner position was also facing the bed which I really dig since I like a particularly cool room. 3) Basic amenities such as soap and shampoos were also provided which I'm grateful for since I forgot to pack some on me. 4) Shower was intuitive to use and clean which really is all you could ask for. 5) View was good enough to enjoy people watching. 6) Unit wasn't too far from the ground floor which is great since I've had past bookings where it took me a good 5-10 minutes just to go out. With a price-point this good, you'd be hard pressed to find any complaints.

No immediate cons whatsoever. Only con would be that the toilet's bidet was a little too close to the toilet which made it a bit cramped trying to use. Again, this is a non-issue and has absolutely no impact on the experience.
