RUALVA FLATS, Convento 2 with terrace

Will definitely consider staying again. Great for family/friends. A beautiful & comfortable 2 bedroom apartment very close to the City Center/Valencia Nord & Xativa stations. Wonderful light: good AC with ceiling fans in bedrooms: small back patio that gets sun: laundry machine and a drying rack: and a large bathroom with excellent shower. We had been in Cadiz and Sevilla for several days already; the ethnic cuisines of the neighborhood were a nice respite from tapas.

The beds were fine for a few nights, hopefully will be replaced soon. It is a very convenient neighborhood for seeing Valencia, but it isn't the most charming of Valencia.

City was great. Very busy, very large but very friendly. Plenty of bars and restaurants to enjoy. Apartment was clean and comfortable and very well placed.

Basics were missing from kitchen. Cooking facilities were fine but lack of utensils made cooking very difficult.

Modern and very clean appartement, in short walking distance of the city center. It has a large kitchen with all necessary amenities, and the bathroom is modern and spacious. The neighbourhood has a lot of little shops, but is calm and quiet.

Clean, bright, spacious. Modern fittings in an old building. Easy to walk to the historic centre.

Beds and pillows a little on the hard side.

Unfortunately it’s very loud. You can hear all neighbor talk, people walk and even the dog in the apartment upstairs especially during the night. It’s not easy to sleep ☹️

The apartment is in a great location. Close to metro station. Easy communication with the host. The apartment is large, clean, with comfortable beds, ideal for a family with children.

Windows of bedroom don't isolate from the outside sound well enough.

unfortunately the soundproofing was practically non-existent
