I booked villa and got confirmation voucher from booking.com saying it is non refundable and host said villa is already booked and asked me to cancel it. It was good that i called villa host otherwise i would have gone without calling and i would have in trouble last moment. Even booking.com said that no need to call host, booking is confirmed so don't trust in booking voucher, call host before going.
