L'appartement est très spacieux , très propre, tout pour le quotidien et pour passer un super séjour . Juste en face de la plage , qui est une petite crique avec une eau magnifique. Y aller en semaine surtout pas le dimanche. La terrasse est spacieuse avec vue mer , le quartier est super , résidentiel , calme . Juste à côté se trouve un supermarché, que demander de plus . A 15 min à pied du centre historique de Monopoly, une très belle balade bord de mer , super pour se balader .Des vélos sont à louer en bas de l'immeuble. Vraiment parfait

"easy location with a car. Responsive hosts"

not a pretty area but very close to the supermarket and a good pizza place. I didn't like that they didn't make up the second bedroom even though we awere 2 separate guests. when I asked for the linens for the second bedroom they did make the bed and provide more towels

Fiind în sezonul rece nu a funcționat încălzirea prin pardoseala,dar am folosit am AC pentru căldură!

Апартамента е просторен и на отлична локация. Удобен е за семейство с деца. Има всичко необходимо за престоя. Супермаркет точно до комплекса. Плаж на пешеходно отстояние.

"Ruim appartement op een aangename ligging dicht bij zee en stad."

De ligging op wandelafstand van zee, stad en supermarkt.

De hygiëne kon beter. (De vloer was niet gepoetst toen we toekwamen.) Terrastafel en sofa oogden ook niet echt proper.

We had a wonderful holiday in Monopoli. The apartment is very well located, in the new part of Monopoli, within walking distance to the beach (Spiaggia Copacabana, La Scaletta) – our favorites! It’s about a 15/20-minute walk to the historic center, an easy and pleasant stroll. There’s a supermarket right next to the apartment. In just 30 minutes by car you can reach Ostuni, Alberobello, Locorotondo, and Martina Franca. Only 15 minutes to Polignano a Mare, and a bit over an hour to Lecce and Matera. Thanks to its great location, we managed to enjoy the beach as well as visit many beautiful places. Easy parking by the apartment. We highly recommend it!

Kid’s bed and sofa not really comfortable.
