Nobody was available when we wanted to check out and I was forced to drop my wife at the airport and then come back to drop the keys

Location was great. The outside facilities we also perfect for photo moments. Also, very peaceful and private

Having staff available when needed. Our room didn't have a garden view and the bed wasn't all that comfortable. The pool was cloudy and had so much chlorine, it burned my eyes and nose.

That it’s clean. Always clean

I didn’t like the fact that the kitchen you use it at an extra cost , wish they could have specified when book that yiu gonna pay for using the kitchen. Another thing was the Wi-Fi it kept on disconnecting, it was loosing the network.
