"shower and toilet sharing must be explained upfront PLEASE."

The garden and pool site is very beautiful. I'd advise that you book the entire 3 bedroom for family and not make them sharing with strangers.

If they were honest to say that we are booking someone's house and we had to share with someone a shower, the kitchen is limited for use, this was not what I expected. the bath water was cold.
