Modern 2 bed apartment, Secure estate

I made it very clear I was travelling with a 2 month old baby and older children. We arrived at the place to absolutely no water..and was only informed when I called to ask..No prior arrangement was done to ensure we were not inconvenienced. I spent an extra R300 buying water in 2L bottles. We found the toilet in the passage very dirty and smelly,it had been used and not flushed because there was no water.The smell was terrible!. Host only brought water in 20L containers after I requested him to do so. We knew there was loadshedding in SA. Alternative lights should have been provided by the host. Fortunately I traveled with 2 lamps. We had a terrible stay and I feel I should be refunded the money I paid!! My children were miserable with especially the water situation. Other than the water situation, the apartment itself is very nice but we did not enjoy it. The host could have done better. :-(

Everything was exceptional… I enjoyed my stay it was worth it. They literally have everything you need at an Airbnb. Coffee condiments, YT and Netflix. It is spacious and affordable.

-Access codes at the gate was our only problem, however it was was solved when needed. But providing more access codes would be better -im not so sure if it was mentioned that you don’t provide bathing soap or shower gel. Though we brought our own but it would be nice to have them around just incase.
