If the apartment next door is occupied, you’re essentially sharing your beautiful terrace with your neighbours. A wooden trellis is all that separates the two properties, not a lot of privacy. The mosquito screens built in the doors and windows don’t all fit properly, except to get eaten if windows are open at night. Finally, (and I understand why they do it) you can be charged for electricity. The meter is read on arrival and departure. It deters people leaving the ac on 24hrs.

The views are incredible. Particularly the living room and balcony. The size is also very good.

You had to pay an extra 30 euro for late check in. We were not charged, but they said if you stay longer you need to pay for electricity (I am not sure why this is not covered in the rental price). It just feels like they are trying to get as much money from you as possible.

The property is very beautiful, very clean, has great views and has positive energy.

No negatives.
