Відсутність балкону, незручний душ...все інше норм.

душ закривається шторкою не повністю! після прийняття душу вся ванна кімната в бризках

On the plus side, the location of the house was fantastic. It was conveniently situated in a desirable area that offered easy access to various attractions and amenities. The house itself was also a standout feature. It seemed to be newly built, which was evident in its modern design and well-maintained appearance. The cleanliness of the house was also a big plus for me. It was clear that the property was well taken care of, which contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

However, there were a couple of downsides that I believe are important to mention. Firstly, there was no air conditioning in the house, which could be a significant concern, especially during warmer months. This omission made the indoor environment less comfortable than I had anticipated. Additionally, I found that there was a discrepancy between the initial booking price and the actual cost. While I understand that some additional charges might be necessary, it's essential for the property management to be transparent about these costs upfront. It was a bit disappointing to see the final bill include small fees that added up to a significant amount.
