The Apartment is liovely, modern fresh clean well equipped. We really enjoyed staying there. So well located in walking distance to coffee shops and Mellon park. Parking at the back of the property Be prepared to carry luggage up two small flights of stairs.

We had bothersome communication with the owner whish actually was a server no name. We did not receive entrance details before our arrival on the booking. Com app or email Luckily a neighbour saw us our phone would not make calls. Kathy took us to her office lents us phones. We contacted the owner mail box only and full. We then contacted Booking. Com and after security check etc etc she finally rekaesd the code details to enter the property. Otherwise it was Amazing!! The entrance email arrived the day we left!

Very clean and well-organized apartment. Kitchen was very well setup. Quiet and well-ventilated apartment. Instructions provided were very clear. Free parking.

No air conditioning in the bedroom. The living room has a window unit but it is not very effective in cooling the bedroom.

Sunny full cozy apartment for less than the price of a hotel. Location nice. Parking a bonus. Tidy.

Colder. Thermostat goes up to max 73 and bedroom chilly even with extra heater in January (for comparison we keep our house 70-72). Can hear the person in the apartment upstairs clomping around pretty loudly

Shadyside is a great area to stay in Pittsburgh. The apartment was easy to find and the front door and apartment locks were super easy to use. Very comfortable bed and everything you need.

There are quite a few stairs and if you have issues with that, probably not the best choice. Also I think an additional blanket and/or throw would have made the place super!
