Convinient location, one can walk to the waterfront. Coffeeshop literally in the same building - great to get italian coffee for breakfast without walking anywhere.

Aircon was not a conventional split system so it struggled a bit to keep full apartment cool. It was very hot in Como though. Also, parking is tricky. Eventually we found a largish parking lot in about 10 min walk from the apartment, so not a big deal in the end.
