The location was excellent.

Nothing it was a brilliant place

Property is well located and check-in was easy with remote access granted by the owner. Beds were firm and comfortable.

The cleanliness was below expectations and the second bathroom could do with a deep clean. Bedroom two was missing a thick bed cover and only had a thin sheet. Multiple power points were also not working.

Very spacious and clean. The extra bedroom and bathroom were big plus. 3 bd and 2 baths. Easy to everywhere.

Comfortable and modern living space, lots of room for our group of 5. Location is in a quieter area of the city but a short walk to metro stations. The host was very responsive and helpful, easy to communicate with. Super comfortable beds and pillows, our whole group specifically commented on this!

The apt was spacious, in a great, quiet and safe location. Most sites are within distance if you don't mind walking.The couches and beds were super comfortable after a long day touring. There are many restaurants, markets and buses very near also. The kitchen had everything needed for breakfast and snacks, the washer was super handy and the iron was definitely needed...☺️ Bathrooms and showers were large, especially for Europe. The tv had several premium channels to chill with. I asked Laura to make a surprise gift for my friend's birthday and it was excellent, balloons, gifts, wines, cheese, etc. She was really touched and I owe it to Laura for going above and beyond what was expected. Everything was absolutely worth the trip and stay in her apartment. Will definitely come back. Also, the lighting and window shades are amazing!! Thank you Laura..🥰

The location is great, the facilities are sufficient.

The beds were not made properly. The qualities were just left underneath the bed storage. We have to made the beds by ourselves.

Just beautiful

Very comfortable flat, very quiet area, but within walking distance from the main sights, from nice tapas bars and supermarkets

We liked everything, maybe some more electric sockets in the first two bedrooms would help, but there are many sockets in the living room.

The apartment is super modern, bright and airy. Crucially for Madrid, it's on a quiet side street but just a few minutes walk from a lovely café, a couple of bars and a supermarket. Then a few minutes more to the nearest stop for the tourist bus, or up to the centre of the La Latina neighbourhood for a wider range of bars, the local market (try "gelato lab" upstairs) and the metro stop. All three bedrooms are away from the street side, so you don't even hear the odd taxi or van going past.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. Laura was super helpful in the lead up to our stay and throughout the time we were there. The apartment will easily be our first choice when we next visit Madrid. I just hope that it will be available!
