"Good option near Richmond"

It's a perfectly nice, roomy apartment conveniently located for Richmond. The windows are draughty but the flat was nice and warm. It's relatively modern and comfortable. Was clean on arrival.

Upstairs has low ceilings. I did not like having to sign a private contract prior to booking. This is surely one of the points of using a service like Booking.com. We had trouble getting the keys (the security box was v stiff to open). But we called and this was sorted. But these are all minor complaints.
