The staff was excellent making sure that our stay was memorable occasion. Exceptional in all areas.
Everything was good, except the breakfast. They ran out of yogurt, the oatmeal was watery and non edible and the buffet area was not picked up or tables cleaned. I was informed they had some problems earlier in the morning and recieved an apology.
The room was 100% humidity and the linens were all wet as if straight out of the washer. The bed was hard and moist so it was not the best nights sleep.
Wonderful hotel!
We have found the Avid brand to be a reliable good value. The floors are tiled, not carpeted, which we like. Breakfast options include oatmeal, yogurt, and bagels, as well as a limited hot offering. The price is right. The hotel is clean. The staff is very pleasant. The pillows are great.
USWe loved the huge lobby with plenty of seating. The staff was top notch and helpful in every way. The beds and the choice of soft and firm pillows were the best we have ever slept on in a hotel.
There really was not anything to complain about.

When I got to my room, the TV was not working properly, called the front desk, but it took a long time for someone to check it out, by then I was ready for bed
