The Shore Cozy APT in KK City Center

Tolles kleines Appartment, zentral gelegen zu allen interessanten Highlights von KK (Nachtmarkt, Jett, etc.) Der Pool ist gut besucht und die Aufzüge sind zu den Stoßzeiten etwas langsam. Aber die Wohnung ist sehr smart eingerichtet, sehr gemütlich und hat alles was man braucht. Das absolute Plus war die Waschmaschine!

It was a cozy homestay that me and my family wouldn't mind coming back to again next time. The host provided almost everything for our stay to make it really feel homey. For some of the complaints regarding the long-wait for the elevator and some strong smell coming from the bathroom during the day though, we didn't experience any of those complaints ourselves.

洗澡的熱水一點都不熱，每天都洗到好冷。

・町の中心部にあり、市場やショッピングセンターも徒歩圏内であること。 ・キッチンも完備されていて自炊可能であること。 ・洗濯機があり便利。荷物を減らすことも可能。 ・スマートTVがありyou tube等が見れること。

・エレベーターで待たされる。 ・浴室のシャワー部の水圧が弱く、シャワー以外の洗面所、キッチンてばお湯が出ないこと。 ・夜中に火災警報が鳴り避難を強いられた。(結局何事もなかったですが) ・オーシャンビューとはいいながら、中庭部分から少し見れる程度でやや閉塞感がある。 ・

Very clean, almost new, apartment in the city centre. Easy to reach by taxi from airport. All kind of markets, shops and restaurants nearby. Friendly host/owner explained everything. The apartment is well equiped, the washing machine came in handy.

The big building that this apartment is part of is located near the shoreline of KoKi, thus it's near the flightpath to & from BKI airport. Personally, I would have developed this building somewhere else.

The apartment was absolutely lovely, so clean and fresh and had everything we needed there. Mio greeted us at check in and gave us lots of useful information about the apartment.

Not a fault of the apartment at all, but the lifts often got very full very quick and could take a while to arrive. We did visit during Chinese New Year though so the tower may have been busier due to this

Just a fantastic, fantastic place to stay in Kota Kinabalu. There is absolutely nothing lacking in this Apartment. Right across the street is a shopping mall with a supermarket (if you would wish to buy souvenirs, buy them here for their vast variety and reasonable price). At about 50 meters is the "wet market" which continues on to the sea-side promenade. A very short distance away is a vast, bustling night market. By way of location, what better can you have? The Apartment itself is very well equipped with all amenities, cook ware, washing machine etc etc. The extremely kind owner has even provided some single use towels in case you visit the hot springs, an umbrella and a beach towel. In short, take this Apartment.....you will do yourself a favour!!!!
