Children aged 4 to 17 years are for GBP 7.00 per child per day. Children aged 3 years and below are free. These can be pre-booked prior to your holiday. When pre-booking, it's for the entire duration of your stay and for each guest in your party. Bed linen and towels are not included in the rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. There was absolutely nothing not to like. The caravan was spotlessly clean and the communication from the owner (Sally), was brilliant. I couldn't think of anything they hadn't thought to provide and everything was listed in a comprehensive inventory. This formed part of a really useful information folder for our use. The location is brilliant with just a short walk down to the beach. Breakers bar is literally next door but we weren't at all impaired by any noise at all. I haven't slept so well in a very long time 😍. There are so many things to do along from the site, all an easy walking distance. The Tavern is also a great place to eat, dabble in the arcades or take in a game of bingo. There are also other arcades along the road together with funfairs for all ages. Parking isn't an issue with ample spacing for two vehicles. Check in is easy with a key code supplied before travel. We will most definitely be returning in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, thanks Sally. X

The caravan itself was clean and homely. So thank you for that. The location of the caravan was good, beach, rides, splash park are all with in 5 minutes walk

The caravan was absolutely lovely, clean and in a lovely spot close to everything. It felt homely and the little touches made it feel even more special as it was our first holiday as a family.
