Please think twice when booking this apartment. To start, when entering the place, the poop from the previous customer was still in the toilet. Then, parking is a BIG MESS. First, we received the parking keys. The first time entering the garage, someone entered before us so the gate was already open. When after a while we wanted to leave the garage, the key was not working. It has never worked since. With a 2 year old tired child in the car this was a VERY stressful situation as street parking was also not available. After calling with the office, they gave us a new key to another garage. This time, the remote was again not working but the key was. However, many times our “private” spot in that garage was taken. When calling at 9.30pm for a solution since all spots were taken and street parking again wasn’t available, he told us to simply park in someone else’s spot with risking having a note on the car??? Lastly, we went into the other garage one more time. After not being able to exit and calling the emergency number as we had a very important appointment for our daughter, he simply told me “to wait until someone comes out” which took AN HOUR. This has cost us extra costs for missing the appointment. Wifi is only working in the living room, almost no connection in the bedrooms.
