-Excellent location, just 10 minutes from the tram. -Very quiet area. -Cozy.

-The fans in both bathrooms are very noisy and not very efficient. -No dishwasher. -The refrigerator has an extremely annoying alarm.

Very nice place to stay, super close to the tram station by foot, so it was easy to go to the city center or the airport! Manoj is very helpful and he gave us every detail we need to stay in his lovely place.
