The host was very helpful! And everything is clear. The location is close by old city center. Nice place to explore from. But the building itesf is next to the road. Not too busy, but we had some noise at night as Tbilisi never sleeps:)

No TV A bit rusty and dirty in some places Can become damp and stuffy easily No privacy from the street (it’s in the ground floor)
