Ely Hotel by Chef & Brewer Collection

A really lovely hotel. The staff were very attentive and lovely. The food was excellent with a good selection and variety on the menu. The member of staff on reception went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed and dealt with a special request efficintly.

Nothing the hotel was clean, comfortable and I had a great nights sleep. Thankyou to the team at The Ely.

Good location, excellent service.

Shower in the bath is lethal, so slippery and such a terrible shape. Bad smell, probably damp in the bathroom. Poor quality food, restaurant seemed a bit overpriced.

Good decor, good size room, clean, good breakfast and friendly staff

Cheap toilet roll, not keen on shower over a bath, especially with a shower curtain

Gorgeous hotel probably the nicest place I’ve ever stayed for a short visit definitely will choose to stay here again next time I’m there.

Room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was very smart and pleased to see that there was bath as well as a shower.

Room was a bit dark & the lights did not give enough extra light to do close work. WiFi was a bit hit & miss & very slow

Good tea and coffee options in the rooms. Food was pretty good.

Noisy with loose windows. Practical but a the sofa bed was poor and very uncomfortable.
