Excellent location, very spacious, modern bathrooms and very nice old building kept well.

No hot water so no showers in January and couldn’t get tv to work.

Location is fantastic. Right in the heart of the old town above the shops of the Main Street however very quiet inside the property and the street to access the property is quiet too even during our stay over Christmas and new year.

Unable to control heating. There are thermostats in most rooms however we assume they are broken as it was impossible to change the temperature on the thermostats. The showers were a problem whereby the water doesn’t drain away towards the drain so floods the entire room if you aren’t really careful. We avoided by turning water on minimum and turning off and on during showering and we were fast showering too. Dishwasher was also blocked so we weren’t able to use which wasn’t an issue as we didn’t use the kitchen very much. No welcome pack which was greatly missed and would have been appreciated just so we had more options than water to drink on arrival.
